Step 1: Find Your Item
Use the AllChinaBuy Spreadsheet to identify the category you want. Read the category guide to understand what to look for, what to avoid, and how to size. Click through to the full catalog for that category. Browse the catalog, filter by your preferences, and copy the product link.
Step 2: Create an Account
If you do not already have an AllChinaBuy account, create one. Use an email you check regularly. Confirm your email address. Set up your shipping address with your full legal name — customs checks match the name on the package.
Step 3: Submit the Order
Paste the product link into the AllChinaBuy order submission page. Fill in the product details: color, size, quantity. Add any notes for the agent team. If the item has options, specify exactly which one you want. Submit the order.
Step 4: Pay for the Item
AllChinaBuy will show you the item cost plus the domestic shipping fee to their warehouse. Pay this amount. The agent team will then purchase the item from the seller on your behalf.
Step 5: Wait for Warehouse Arrival
The item will be shipped from the seller to the AllChinaBuy warehouse. This takes 3–7 days depending on the seller. You will see the status update in your order list.
Step 6: Quality Check Photos
When the item arrives at the warehouse, you can request QC photos. Pay the small fee for this service. Review the photos carefully. Compare against the retail reference. Check the specific points mentioned in the category guide for that item type.
Step 7: Submit for Shipping
If the item passes your QC check, submit it for international shipping. Choose a shipping line based on your budget and timeline. Fill in the customs declaration details. Pay the shipping fee.
Step 8: Track and Receive
Track the parcel using the tracking number provided. Wait for delivery. Depending on the shipping line, this takes 1–5 weeks. Sign for the parcel if required. Inspect the items immediately upon arrival.
Common Mistakes
The biggest mistake is rushing through the order submission without specifying the exact variant. The second biggest mistake is skipping QC photos. The third is choosing the cheapest shipping line without understanding the trade-offs in speed and reliability.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the whole process take?
From order submission to delivery: 3–7 weeks depending on the seller, warehouse processing, and shipping line. Plan for 5 weeks to be safe.
Do I need to speak Chinese?
No. The agent team handles all communication with the seller. You communicate with the agent team in English through the platform.
Can I cancel an order before it ships to the warehouse?
Sometimes. If the agent has not yet placed the order with the seller, cancellation is easy. If the agent has already paid the seller, you may need to request a refund instead.
