When Refunds Are Possible
You can request a refund if the item is still at the AllChinaBuy warehouse and has not been packed into a shipping parcel. Once the parcel is packed and the shipping label is generated, refunds are much harder and usually require a return shipment.
Step 1: Open a Ticket
Log into your AllChinaBuy account. Navigate to the order in question. Click the support or ticket option. Create a new ticket with the subject 'Refund Request' and include your order number, the item description, and the reason for the refund.
Step 2: Provide Evidence
If the item is defective or wrong, upload photos. If you simply changed your mind, state that clearly. The more honest and specific your reason, the faster the agent team can process it.
Step 3: Wait for Agent Review
The agent team will review your ticket within 1–3 business days. They will contact the seller on your behalf. The seller has the final say on whether the refund is approved. If the seller refuses, the agent will relay the reason and offer alternatives.
Step 4: Refund Processing Time
If approved, the refund is usually processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact time depends on your payment provider. PayPal and credit card refunds are usually faster. Bank transfers and some e-wallet methods take longer.
What If the Parcel Already Shipped?
If the parcel is already in transit, you cannot get a refund until the item is returned to the warehouse. This requires the parcel to be rejected at delivery or rerouted back. The shipping cost is not refundable in this case.

Request the refund as soon as you see the issue in the QC photos. Do not wait for the parcel to ship. Keep all communication in the ticket system so there is a record. Be polite and specific — the agent team processes many tickets daily and detailed requests get faster results.
